Christmas is so, so close. Even though the past few days have been very gloomy, they have made me enjoy Christmas lights and evergreen-scented candles all the more. Also, this hummus makes cloudy days seem a bit brighter, too.

Mango Sriracha Hummus is a delicious and simple variation on traditional hummus. It makes a great snack!

- • 3 tsp sriracha
- • ½ tsp salt
- • 1 clove of garlic, minced

- • 1 15-oz can of chickpeas, drained
Instructions

- Add the olive oil, sriracha, salt, and garlic to the mix. Blend until smooth.
- Add the chickpeas and water. Blend until it reaches desired consistency. Add an extra tbsp of water if needed.
- Serve with pita chips, pita bread, pretzels, carrot sticks . . . whatever your heart desires :)
Wow, this sounds so interesting! I don’t think I’d ever think to put this combo together in a hummus, but I think I’d like it. Will give this a try
Thanks Jenné! I hope you enjoy it
